I Wanted Pom Poms So I Microwaved My Bundles for Microwave Curls

I was in love with the movie B.A.P.S and still am. Mickey's pom poms done by Nisi for Ladies Night at the Gold Tooth are my all time fav. I didn't have an old school curling iron and oven like this,

so I did what the old school girls did and microwaved my curls.

What You'll Need

Human Hair Bundles 10 or 12 inches

Leave In Conditioner or Setting Spray

Small/Medium Plastic Rod Curlers

First, I want to say  DO NOT USE BOBBIE PINS, if any of your rods break, to secure the hair to the curler because in the microwave you will have a smoky mess. Lesson learned for me.

The Steps of Microwave Curls

1. Apply leave in conditioner or setting spray to hair making it damp.

2, Apply curlers to hair using medium width strands about one inch wide.

3. Let air dry for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Put in microwave for 1.5 minutes.

5. Style hair however you'd like using your human hair bundles or wig.

I decided to do two pom poms. I didn't do a swoop bang, I will save that for another time.

What do you think? Are they pom poming?

How To Make Your Instagram Fashionable with Every Post.

Whether it’s a feature of your favorite accessory or details for a full outfit, having your fashion up to par can grow your Instagram tremendously. To me, that is basically what Instagram is. To post in your best outfits whether your celebrating, enjoying a day out, or attending a business meeting in a stylish suit.

  1. Just show the details.
  2. It’s all in the hair.
  3. Finding the right location definitely contributes.

Hand Jewelry and Arm Candy

A simple bracelet can be showcased with fresh manicured or acrylic nails and a textured or colored background. You can even blur the surroundings to focus solely on the accessories. Try to avoid ashy hands, chipped nail paint, or broken nails.

It’s All in the Hair

However you rock your do it must be neat. Ponytail? Braids? Extensions? Lace front wig? It must be neat because it is noticeable if it is included in the picture. Always give your hair extra attention.

Adding a little pizazz with an hair accessory can do the trick, especially with a simple outfit!

Specific item highlighting.

Want to focus on a particular piece? Make your caption about that item.

An example could be directly mentioning the brand as shown above.

An photo editing option could be:

Color splash the shoes.

This is color splash. Everything is black and white except the item.

Finding the perfect location.

People are inspired by what they can’t see on the daily, which is why inspiration and admiration exists.

The background is just as important as the person. But let me tell you how easy it is to have the best location inexpensively.

This influencer found this luxury spot in valet parking, called her camera man, and snapped a pic. All for free.

When vacationing you are bound to get the best photos. Greenery gives the best vibe.

The Style Scope: Best Dressed Celebs of 2017

Every year each celeb has to outdo themselves on the red carpet, in music videos, social media, basically everywhere.

I love the competition and the wide ranging styles.

Let's put these celebs in order!

NUMBER 1

Solange
When it comes to Solange she introduces us to some styles that we may have never knew existed and outfits that we would probably have never thought to put together. Her look from head to toe at Saturday Night Live took the top spot for the year.

NUMBER 2

Rihanna
Rihanna always slays and we know this. Rihanna looks good in everything, and we know this! Anything with fashion Rihanna is always included. My favorite look of hers for 2017 is in a music video. You may think I'm wild for this but if you can slay this, you are the epitome of fashion.

NUMBER 3

Diddy
It is about what you're wearing AND about how you wear it, pose in it, and if it gets attention. Four words: Diddy at the Met Gala.

NUMBER 4

Beyonce
Beyonce' slays regardless but it's her Instagram presence that has got me hooked! The way she, or whoever runs her social media, is so creative thatI even tried to incorporate the style into my instagram @tearrabaltimore.

I couldn't include the video footage from her instagram here's her best moments especially including when she dressed as Lil' Kim for Halloween.

NUMBER 5

Cardi B
How could I not include Cardi B when her number 1 song " Bodak Yellow"gives salutation to one of the most influential shoe brands in the world. Cardi B stepped on to the scene in many different styles adding just that extra umph to her rap career. Cardi B Is So fly, How fly is she? She is so fly because she takes outfits from everywhere and makes them look amazing. Whether it's from a local New York vintage consignment, Versace, Steve Madden or Fashion Nova, she's going to look bomb! I definitely cannot forget about her nails with Jenni at Nails on 7th. Is this what's shemeans by we not being able to "eff"with her because she definitely dresses to kill!

Thank you for tuning in!! Most of these celebs of versatile with their style and can slay in anything. Just because they're not onthis list does not mean they don't rock!
